I. DELIVERY - TRANSPORTATION

1. If I order online from the Shondo website, will I get delivery?

If you order online on the website, Shondo's shipping unit will deliver directly to your door.

2. How do I pay for home delivery?

For orders under 2 products: Shipping fee will range from 25,000 - 35,000 VND depending on quantity and area.

3. After placing an order, how long will it take to receive my order?
  • For inner city customers: delivery time will be within 1 - 2 days
  • For suburban customers: delivery time will be within 2 - 3 days
  • For customers in the Southern region: delivery time will be within 3 - 4 days
  • For customers in the Central and Northern regions: delivery time will be within 3 - 5 days

4. Can I choose my own delivery date and time?
  • Currently Shondo does not support customers to choose delivery time.
  • However, if the delivery time is not convenient, customers can reschedule so that the shipper can arrange to return for delivery.

5. If I return the product who will be responsible for the shipping costs?
  • In case of error due to Shondo, Shondo will bear the cost, if due to Customer's request, Customer will bear the shipping cost.

6. How can I get a delivery schedule?
  • After completing the purchase procedure, you can check your order in the following ways:
  • Step 1 : Visit Shondo website ( https://shondoshoes.com/ )
  • Step 2 : Scroll down to the bottom of the page, in the CUSTOMER SUPPORT section, select "check order via phone number"
  • Step 3 : Enter phone number or email to purchase, then click "Check", order information will appear
7. Can I have the product delivered the same day?
  • In case the customer needs same-day delivery, Shondo will send the order
  • Goods via Ahamove/Grab and customers need to pay by bank transfer in advance.
  • Note: only applicable for Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang areas
8. Can I check the goods after receiving them?
  • You can check the product after receiving it.
  • Note: Please do not try the product when checking.

II. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

1. What are Shondo's product return and exchange policies?
  • Customers please refer to Shondo's product return policy here, for the most complete and detailed information.

Note:

  • The product return policy only applies to full-priced products, with purchase receipt, intact labels, and not dirty or damaged by external factors after purchase.
  • No return policy applies to discounted products.
  • Return/exchange policy is only applicable once.
  • No return policy for Rastaclat
  • Shondo only supports exchanging new products for Rastaclat, not supporting exchanging to other products
2. How long will it take to receive my returned product?

Customers will receive the exchanged product within 3-5 business days from when Shondo receives the original product.

3. If I do not bring the product invoice when returning the product, can I still return it?

In case the customer does not have a product invoice, please provide Phone Number/Purchase Information to Online staff to check with the system for quick support.

4. What kind of errors will be covered under warranty?

For footwear:

Warranty for cases due to manufacturer's fault: loose glue, loose strap, broken thread, peeling off printed part on strap surface or sole, torn plastic label, torn off adhesive, cracked or broken sole.

For backpacks:

Warranty for cases of thread, zipper, hook, broken plastic label, peeling print due to manufacturer's fault

For Rastaclat bracelets:

Warranty for cases where the product does not match the order placed, product errors from the manufacturer or during transportation

5. Can I get a new product or a refund?
  • When the goods meet the conditions for exchange/return, the customer will be able to exchange or refund in case of return or exchange for goods of lower value.

Note:

  • Not applicable to discounted products
  • There is no return policy for Rastaclat products.
6. How do I exchange an item?

Customers please refer to the return policy here for detailed information.

7. Can I exchange the item because the size or color is not right?

Customers can exchange or return products for any reason as long as the product is unused, has original labels, purchase receipt and product condition is not affected by external factors.

8. I have purchased an item and am not satisfied with it. Can I return it?

When purchasing, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, please let Shondo know, we will immediately exchange the product for the customer. Just make sure the product has not been used, has the original label and purchase invoice. We will support the exchange (size, color, other product) for the customer.

9. Where do I send my item back for warranty?
  • Please pack and send the product to the following address:

1. How do I order online from SHONDO?

You can order Shondo products online in the following ways:

  • Step 2 : Select the product you want to buy, choose the size and quantity you want to buy, then click ADD TO CART. If you only want to buy 1 product line, click BUY NOW and proceed to Step 4.
  • Step 3 : Click on “Cart” in the top right corner of the screen, the cart information table will appear. Check the order and then click “PROCEED TO ORDER”
  • Step 4 : Fill in personal information, payment method and discount code (if any), then click "Complete order"

2. Can I cancel my order before I receive the product?

Shondo offers a membership accumulation policy for customers. Each member will receive a corresponding preferential policy.

5. How do I know if a product is in stock or out of stock when ordering online?
  • All information about product quantity will be updated on Shondo's website and online for customers' reference.

6. How do I know if my order is successful?

After completing the purchase procedure, you can check your order by following the steps in Section I - question 6:
